As a hub where business and education meet, the Edinburgh Business School offers business management and corporate Executive Education on campus and flexible online learning programmes for students across over 160 countries.

Our state of the art facilities include two purpose built lecture theatres for up to 100 delegates (Scott and Lumsden Suites). These can be set up in a variety of formats to facilitate any event type. Each lecture theatre has 6 breakout rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people each with a private lounge area. Any catering required can be provided in our private dining area making the whole space ideal for conferences, seminars and meetings. The meeting spaces are attached to a bright spacious atrium that also lends itself to  hosting exhibitions, dinners and receptions. A 12 person capacity boardroom with videoconferencing facilities is also available for hire. The venue offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout and the theatres come with inbuilt AV.

The Scott Suite and associated Private Dining space is available year round, with the Lumsden Suite available evenings, weekends and vacation periods.

Audio Visual Equipment

The standard ‘Lecture AV Package’ included in the EBS Scott Suite is purposed designed to be used without technician assistance and includes: Dual or Single Projection, Touchscreen Control, Visualiser with recording facilities, Built in PC Laptop, VGA/HDMi plugin with Audio, Touchscreen Desktop Monitor, Height Adjustable Teaching Bench, Sennheiser HR Hearing Support, Lectern Mic and Lapel Radio Mic, 2 x catchbox mic. There is no AV equipment in Scott Suite Breakout Rooms.
