To help us assist you in your enquiry we are usually look for information from you including:

- Email:
- Phone:
- Event Name:
- Date/s options for your event:
- Start / Finish Times for event:
- Set up time required before / after?
- Number of meeting rooms – do you need 1 room only for presentations or will there be breakout sessions?
- Set-up required in each room? e.g. theatre seating, cabaret.
- AV equipment required in each room:
- If you have any other specific requirements for the event such as event streaming, hybrid event options etc
- If you require space for table-top or poster exhibition? If so, please provide a guide as to how many stands or boards may be required.
- Catering requirements – do you intend to provide delegates with catering? E.g. tea, coffee, lunch. reception
- Accommodation – Approx no of rooms required, do delegates book themselves or do you book on their behalf?
